Define nominal size & connection
- Determine nominal size
- From 1/8" for instrumentation and control lines to 4" for higher flow rates – select the nominal size to match your pipework.
- Define connection type
- Female thread (BSP/NPT internal) or male thread (external)? Check the thread type and size of your existing pipework.
- Check thread size
- Typical B2B sizes range from 1/2" through 3/4" and 1" to 1 1/4", 1 1/2" and 2".
